Welcome to Hex Clash! These Terms of Service govern your use of the game and website. By playing the game you agree to these terms.
1. Account Creation and Security
- You must create an account to play Hex Clash. Ensuring the security of your account is entirely your responsibility.
- You cannot share your account information with others. Our system may block simultaneous login from multiple devices (multi-boxing) or suspicious activities.
- The nickname you choose cannot contain profanity, insults, or offensive expressions. In case of violation, your account may be permanently closed.
2. Fair Play Rules and Anti-Cheat
Hex Clash is a competitive strategy game. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent deletion of your account (perma-ban):
- Intentionally exploiting game loopholes, bugs, or server vulnerabilities.
- Using third-party software, macros, scripts, or automated playing (bot) programs.
- Manipulating game results, attempting to cheat resources (Nectar, Pollen, etc.). Our system automatically catches all accounts that go out of mathematical values.
3. In-Game Economy and Purchases
Virtual resources in the game (Honey, Nectar, Pollen, Stars, etc.) cannot be converted into real world money. Possible future purchases (DLC, Cosmetics) are non-refundable.
4. Anti-Stall (Stalling Penalty)
Hex Clash aims to provide a fair and fluid gaming experience. Players who skip turns consecutively (timeout) or intentionally make only the same back-and-forth move (yo-yo) during a battle are warned by the "Anti-Stall" system and, if necessary, kicked from the match / get game restrictions.
5. Reservation of Rights
The game's design, codes, visuals, and Queen stories (lore) belong to Hex Clash. They cannot be copied without permission or used for commercial purposes. Hex Clash reserves the right to stop game servers or change services at any time.
